Peter,

Better yet, track down Henry Posner, the customer service manager at B&H, (or
e-mail him; he's very prompt in responding) relate the incident, and let him
know that his sales reps need more training regarding Leica equipment. He
personally monitors several photo lists, and is most concerned with insuring
customer satisfaction and accuracy of information being delivered by his sales
personnel. I've been impressed with the manner in which he follows through
whenever customers have suggestions regarding improvement of B&H service.

Sandy (who's not related to Henry...I just think he's a stand-up guy!)
