He was a great photographer, and I am sure you will agree withg this, regardless of how he actually constructed his masterpieces. And while I'm not sure about you in particular, I am very certain that most photographers, with all the money and models in the world, would not be able to produce a body of work that can compete with Doisneau. At best, the efforts would be shot down with a, "Here's another Doisneau copycat. Can't he do anything original?". Just MHO, but certainly shared by many. Dan C.
