Pascal,
I downloaded the Windows version of QT 4.0 and installed the plug-ins in
both MSIE 5.1 and Netscape 4.6.  MSIE still wouldn't do anything and I got a
system hang when I tried Netscape.  I uninstalled QT since I didn't want to
fool with it.
