I am advised to chill wine down to 4 deg C..... open the bottle and then
stand the bottle for one hour.  This should bring the temperature up to 14
degC.  By that time it would have "breathed" enough to come to life!   I
suppose the mouth to bottle resuscitation will bring life to the wine much
sooner than expected.
