First - The Nikon clerk is at least honest enough to laugh and be ashamed -
and he's selling stuff for at least half the Leica prices -

Second - Where do they go? There are two possibilities:

	1. There is probably a really hot bodycap/lens cap collectors market -
buyers who have never taken a photo in their lives, but buy-sell-and-trade
lens caps, etc.
	2. There's always a chance they've gone off to marry and have babies with
those socks that go into the washing machine but never seem to come back
out... ;-)
