Dunno about that one in particular, but a '.exe' file is usually an executable which runs on most computers unfortunate enough to be running a Microsoft operating system. Running some random executable you get in the mail is the computational equivalent of having unprotected sex with a stranger who sports a gaunt face, a hacking cough, and open sores about the naughty bits. It *might* turn out to be perfectly okay -- but I, personally, wouldn't do it...
