Yeah, I only ever did it with full-strength D76, and even then only in
extremis.  Usually the deadline pressures weren't tight enough to make me
chew my own liver quite that hard.  It's a stressful thing to do -
especially the first time.

I heard about it from an article by Bill Pierce in Pop Photography in the
60's.
Gets the most out of your chemistry. But I don't recommend it with Xtol as
we
have discussed before.
