I bought one of those bags at Solms in the Leica plant in April of this
year.  Paid about 50 DM, I think.  I don't know exactly which cameras and
lenses fit in it because I cannot get it back from my wife who appropriated
it as a briefcase/purse/carryall.  Oh well, I still have my pockets.
