sunglasses market, why not Leica ?

Stephen,

Just for the record,Porsche AG, a stock company, designs, assembles and
markets sports cars, presently the 996 and the 986. Porsche AG, through
its dealers and catalog, does offer a line of "Porsche Selection" items,
like logo clothing, logo luggage, and logo sports equipment.

A wholly separate firm, not affiliated with Porsche AG, owned by Butz
Porsche, and called "Porsche Design," designs and sometimes markets
items like the familiar sun glasses, pipes for smoking, and other
upscale consumer goods that people are most familiar. Those consumer
items may be marked with a discrete "Porsche Design". Got to keep you
honest, Stephen. No comment on my part whether Leica should get into up
scale clothing, pens, luggage, etc.

BTW, enjoy you web site and appreciate your time and efforts to keep it
current.

Best Regards,

Bill Caldwell
