At least NOT in the near future, IMO.  One of the 100 questions from Asahi
Camera (a Japanese photo-journal) to Solms was " -snip- Does such a system
interest you?"  They answered "This system interests us but is not
compatible with designs of lenses with utmost optical quality -snip-".

As usual, it is a matter of priority.
