If you won't listen to Ted, listen to me. IT'S A RIP OFF!! ... and no self respecting professional photographer would ever entertain such a deal. Even our little online agency offers 60% to our members on sales and assignemnt work. In 20 years in this business I have never taken less then 50/50 split and no reputable agency would ask more.
