I'd gotten heavily into the zone system back in the 70's doing 4x5 when I was in grad school (it was much more fun than doing a thesis). It seemed to me that it was a great system for locking in what the print should look like (black blacks, white whites). I haven't used it much since, but I haven't done much serious photography since either. Thanks again for your perspectives - as I said I think I'll go with another M4P and a spot meter to keep to a simple 2 lens 2 body system (adding to my M4P & 90mm). Tim K
