Gib -

If you want to sell these photos as stock, it's worth it to go ahead and 
get a stock management program that will link all of your photos to your 
paperwork.  I use Hindsight's Inview/Stockview and it can do everything you 
would ever need.  There is also Exactly's free program which may someday 
have potential but right now has a lot of bugs to be worked out.  Portfolio 
is a great program if all you want to do is catalog the images.
