There is an English manufacturer called Kentmere who have a plant in the
Lake District (north west UK) and I suspect that they are making the paper.
There is also a paper made in Spain which could be resized and repackaged in
the UK.   Under the European Union rules, in my understanding, this would
enable it to be labelled 'Made in England'.   This plant makes for our
largest photographic retailer under their own brand (Jessops)
