I have recently changed scanners to the Nikon LS30, and printers to the
Epson 1270 and I am so happy that I am now doing all my work, colour and
monochrome, on this set up including my monochrome exhibition prints. The
darkroom is already being boxed up and my wife is getting excited about
getting a guest room back! Quite simply the control I have over the
negative is great with Photoshop 5.5 and the effects and paper range are
increasing the possibilities for my work without noxious chemicals etc.
