According to an old Leica Manual (quoting Leitz sources), lens bubbles are
normal in some glass formulae, not in others. They neither or add nor
detract from the imaging quality. A lens with bubbles is no better or worse
than one without. Bubbles are not the mark of a better lens, Leitz is
quoted as saying, nor are they a contaminant. They just are.

As for dust n' stuff...think of how much dust is floating around in front of
you right now. Unless you're in a dust storm or a grain elevator, is your
vision impaired because of it? I don't think a few particles between lens
elements will hurt anything.

Of course, all this is very easy for me to say. For many years now I have
studiously avoided inspecting my lenses by shining bright lights through
them for any reason whatsoever. This practice of avoidance works better
than Bayer aspirin in preventing first heart attacks.
