Hi Richard,

Did you take the tripod onto the area immediately surrounding the Arc de
Triomph? Or onto the top if the Arch?  It seems this is the very
sensitive area where photographers are stopped from using a tripod and
not other areas as I wasn't bothered any where but at the Arch.

Just wondered how you faired in this location if you went there.
