For starters, please forward to me both copies of one message, making
sure that you include the "Received" headers in what you forward. Those
headers look like this:

Received: from mejac.palo-alto.ca.us (mejac.palo-alto.ca.us [192.147.236.1])
        by riverside.haddockseyes.com (8.9.3/8.9.3) with ESMTP id GAA27663; Wed, 8 Nov 2000 06:33:11 -0800 (PST)
Received: (from daemon@localhost)
        by mejac.palo-alto.ca.us (8.9.1/8.9.1) id GAA24485; Wed, 8 Nov 2000 06:
18:28 -0800 (PST)
Received: from snoopy.istate.net (IDENT:qmailr@[63.84.117.80])
by mejac.palo-alto.ca.us (8.9.1/8.9.1) with SMTP id GAA24475; Wed, 8 No
v 2000 06:18:26 -0800 (PST)
Received: (qmail 32505 invoked from network); 8 Nov 2000 14:18:18 -0000
Received: from ts2-21.istate.net (HELO istate.net) (63.84.116.179)
  by snoopy.istate.net with SMTP; 8 Nov 2000 14:18:18 -0000

I can look at these and tell where the duplication is taking place. The
most common cause of duplication in email messages is your ISP having a
disk shortage.
