[Leica] 35 asph M: summicron vs. summilux

Are there any M users who have used both of the 35 asph's and found they
vastly prefer one over the other?

I vaguely recall some comments about disapointment with o-o-f rendition from
folks who switched from the 35/2 to the 35/1.4 asph.  But my memory may be
playing tricks on me.
