(paperback edition) I purchased it at B&H Photo in NYC. Also, Leica Fotografie International had a Special Issue on Close-up and Macro (D 19088F 1999). I purchased my copy at the Leica Gallery in NYC last year. They may still sell this back issue. Your local dealer may have this issue or may be able to get it for you.
