If true this person is still a terrorist, though. The homegrown variety. We
have a precedent for this too...Ted Kaczynski, the Unabomber. I'll bet we're
dealing with someone who's been sitting on his stash of anthrax for awhile,
waiting for a good opportunity to unleash it. Let's hope he doesn't have
access to any more.
