The shutter release button clicks but the shutter is silent without opening motion. I was told the Minox will sooner or later go dead with the shutter because of the design. Is this true? Has anybody the experience on sending Minox GT-E to Wetzlar for repair? How much will it cost? I got my second hand Minox for around $180. How reliable the shutter is? I am a bit worry about how long will it last to have this failure again? If not concerning on the convenience of taking pictures and good lenses, I will dump it without thinking!
