Overexposure: Health Hazards in the Darkroom by Susan D. Shaw
Allworth Press; ISBN: 0960711864

Recommend it highly.

Amazon.com even have several used copies.

I haven't rubbed developer on a wet print with my finger without rubber
gloves since this book came out in '91, and now every print is handled
with tongs.

All good things to you and yours
