My wife Karen got sick of being limited to the 35mm focal length on her
Yashica T4 with the Carl Zeiss 3.5 although loved the camera.
She toyed with the idea of all kinds of cameras, point and shoots,
rangefinder older bodies.
Finally settled on a Leica M6 with 50mm collapsible Elmar.
She's been loving it and getting great shots with it for over a year now.
Sometimes she'll borrow on of my lenses.
And she's looking for an cheaper older 35mm lens to go on it all her own..
