They are precisely parallel in that each commercial entity produces its
terms and conditions to suit itself.  Nothing more, nothing less.

I really am not certain what all the hoop-hoo-rah is about but, then, I
limit myself severely in using e-Bay.  I believe I have bought one item for
$300 and have sold a couple for $150 or so.  Anything larger will be
accomplished by more conventional means.
