12 minutes at 70 F

(13 minutes at 68 F has worked for me, too.)

After the first minute, agitate it 10 secs every minute.

If you want to see my work-in-progress site, drop me a line.  It's not ready
for prime time yet, but with the exception of a couple images, everything on
there is Neopan 1600 developed in Xtol 1:3 at either 68 or 70 F.  It's
pretty much just family snaps right now.
