Jim;
Honor is due.
Having studied the "subtractive" method, I know it's not a cake walk. It
took me over a year to get even a simple proficiency with it. At least
now I can show up prior to an interview, assess the room or environment,
and get a publishable portrait in anywhere from 5 minutes to half an
hour. I rarely take_lighting_ with me, unless it's absolutely necessary.
I keep it in the trunk as a last resort.
