    I do not mean this as a slam at Tina,  only that we
disagree.
    I, for one, have always been disappointed with those
who feel that "exclusivity" adds to value, or that high
price somehow makes something more valuable.
    I believe that a thing of beauty should be available to
any or all who will appreciate it.  I am particulary pained
when I see things like "only xx will be made and then the
negative will be destroyed".
    But somehow this concept in ingrained in human
behavior, does not seem likely to go away.
    I may be wrong after all these years, but I think it 
was Jerry Garcia and the Grateful Dead who after the paid
concerts, used to give a free concert in a St. Louis park
for those who could not afford the tickets.  But his indoor
concerts were always sold out regardless.
    Yeah, I still wear "no name" blue jeans and chambray
shirts.  And I'm lookin' "for a freaky ol' lady to
embroidry on my jeans"......
