I guess I've got the book - (or at least
the-one-that-seems-to-correspond-to-the-description), and mine's compiled in
Germany.

I believe - I stress believe - that there is a book out of Ginsberg photos
of the "beat days."

i don't know if kerouac used a leica -- but in the living room of the kelly
writers house here on the penn campus (a community resource for writers of
any sort) there's a photo of allan ginsburg visiting the penn campus holding
a leica m3 close to his heart. there's another photo of him in michael
stipe's crappy book of photos of patty smith where he's holding an m6. so
alan was a leicadudepoet. at least.
