Now there you go eh!  Another reason for throwing lens caps in the bag and
only use them in the middle of an Afghan sand storm. ;-)

My good fortune is I've never experienced this so called glitch created by
photographers who feel it's a necessity to use lens caps. I never use lens
caps or filters on M lenses, they ride naked on the body always ready to go
at the blink of an eye! :-)
