Now in eBay you can find mint Apo-Telyt-R/3.4 for ~40-50% the price of a new
180mm Elmarit-R/2.8 APO. Justify it yourself.

All the Elmarit-R/2.8 (non-APO), Apo-Telyt-R/3.4, 180/4 Elmar-R are
officially discontinued.
The only 180mm still in production is the Elmarit-R/2.8 APO.
