Can I suggest meeting in a public place, like Washington Square, on any
given evening? Easy to find people, easy to reach via bus or subway (or
car), lots of room for people with portfolios, lots of interesting
people to photograph, and lots of choices for places to go if people
want to go have dinner and drinks. New York is much too lively to settle
down in one spot as soon as the meeting starts.

regards,
Colin
