With no experience on Jobo but decades in replenished systems version 2
would be the way to go. I suspect that you will have difficulties matching
run one to run five as your developer will start with no by-products and
thus be over active, possibly causing separation in one color. If the
chemistry you propose is set up for one shot use then you will have to waste
a run as there would be no way to match color from run one to run two: but
run three through six would be very even.

Helpful suggestions would be asking a local lab for some RA-4 control
strips, run them in the system as you propose, and compare your results to
the standard that comes with the box of strips. This will also provide some
seasoned developer to add back into the system so it runs better. The lab
might want to charge you for the strips and $5 would not be too much.

Another suggestion would be to see if there is a Kodak RA-4 kit available in
your locale and deal with replenishing the developer. This would make sense
especially if you have a work flow that is relatively constant and not
episodic.

The RA-4 process is very stable once you nail down your parameters in your
system so the pain is worth while.

E-mail me if this doesn't make sense.
