Use a book. Experience is a key here. I had some crappy rolls for the first 
few tries. I tended to over-agitate. To be honest, I don't like to do much 
of my own since the demise of Durst tanks and reels (they really made the 
job easy!). I have gone completely over to the C-41 B&W films.
