Darrell,

we have an 8000 at work, but my colleague (and fellow lugger) John Poirier
uses it mainly and has fiddled with it the most.

John did get the glass film holder (those nikon scanner accessories are
darned expensive!) and I think found it works fine with that.

We also use it with vuescan a lot more than the Nikon software
