I have been off in Digest oblivion since the last time
I was here when the black-epaint fanatics tried to
gang up on me they way Bsh and his loyal dog Blair are
ganging up on Iraq. Now I've come back and have
noticed an improvement. While lacking something in
terms of proactive cooperation, the OTers have
complied with the OT resolutions most of the time and
the situation has improved. On the average, there has
been a reduction of some 34 OT posts a day since my
last inspection of several months ago and a far
greater reduction since 1997. Furthermore, proscribed
subjects have exceeded the limits by only a very short
distance. Clearly more is needed in order to bring the
OTers into compliance. This can only be assured by
continued periodic inspections of the subject matter.
But that's not my job. I'm going back to the digest. I
can't deal with OT complainers.

Javier
