There does seem to be some problem with Lutz's web site, but he is very 
much around. I just ordered something from him recently which arrived 
yesterday.

As for the SLING, you should obviously ask Lutz. The concept is that 
your middle finger and ring finger slip easily into the loops but they 
tighten up enough when you let your arm fall to your side naturally that 
the camera will not slip off.
