Neil,

It is an image with potential, but the column right in the centre 
bothers me. I would have rotated a bit to your left so that the column 
were on the right side of the frame. Of course, I do not know what was 
there, maybe you had a good reason to exclude it. I would also crop the 
image a bit tighter, especially at the bottom.
