On my Mac this reads "Voigtl”nder" (Voigtl[percent sign,zero]nder).

FWIW, you make an Umlaut on a Mac by holding down the option key, 
hitting "u" and then typing the letter you want to appear under the 
Umlaut--Voigländer--I THINK this will appear properly even with 
Windows machines, but perhaps it just produces other strange symbols.
