Well, I found one that is pretty darn good at ....Wal-mart. It's advertised as a digital camera bag, but is just the right size for a Leica M and a couple of lenses, or perhaps two M's and no extra lenses. On first examination it looks like a Billingham or Fogg with tan fabric and the best fake leather trim I've seen. It has lots of nice pockets and partitioning. The cost -- $17.
