"DOCTORS' WORK. The Legacy of Sir William Osler."

excerpt from book promo page..........
"A 256-page hard cover book combining the quotations of Sir William Osler
and other notable medical figures with powerful black and white photographs.
Ted Grant captures the essence of modern-day medicine."

OK now I have your attention. :-) ;-)

Here's the website: http://www.islandnet.com/~tedgrant/

For those of you who do not have a copy of the original medical book from a
few years ago this is a new configuration and size. New title and layout,
equal quality reproduction. And wonder of wonders.... economical to
purchase. :-) Hey this is a Leica quality book at an ordinary folks price.
;-)

I knew you'd like that part.

The publisher, FireFly Books Ltd. of Toronto & Buffalo tell me books are in
stores of North America as we speak or on the way. For those of you who have
no idea of this book it's all B&W shot with Leica, M's and R's, a single
photograph on the right hand page with an Osler quotation on the facing
page.

A wonderful tool for photographers interested in learning how to work by
motivating existing light within many locations. It's all available as you
see it light shot on Tmax film rated at ASA 800 along with the use of many
Leica lenses capturing the day to day life of doctors and nurses doing their
thing. There isn't any blood and guts for those of you with touchy stomachs.
Besides it's B&W and blood is just another shade of gray. ;-)

For those wondering about the quality of photography and re-production I'm
sure some of the lads and lasses who purchased the first edition can verify
it's worth as purchase. Certainly a nice Christmas, graduation or every day
gift!

The website has purchase directions. Please have a look, thank you.
