Following the LUG thread on warped lens mounts, I got in touch with Roland
Richter at Isarfoto in Icking, Germany, just outside Munich. He has a
tripod collar called:

BURZYNSKI Makromount Tripod Collar for LEICA 4 / 80-200

Has anyone here used or seen any of thier tripod collars?

Isarfoto is at http://www.isarfoto.com

Unfortunately, due to the design of the site, I cannot provide a link to the
page listing this collar. If you are interested, click on search, type
BURZYNSKI, and scroll down through the results.
