Unagi is fine, but my preference is for fish unwarmed, unsmoked, unbarbequed.
Rice is unnecessary. As far as veggies are concerned, some daikon and
shizo leaf will do fine.
A stove or other heating implement may be called upon for heating
sake, but keep it cool otherwise!
