This is a siphon style coffee maker.
I use the traditional style with 4 LP gas burners and varying sizes of glass
boilers from 1cup - 6 cups
I just looked at the catalogue and the electric one looks good for the home.

Siphon coffee is truly the Leica of coffee. Simple , quiet and will astound
people with the bokeh.....ahhhh ......I mean bouquet....awww.... the smell
and flavour.
