I think I may be a little younger than you so I have some catching up to do, but as someone who has lived in three other countries and travelled to many more but has now returned to the USA (semi)permanently, I love this idea of yearly house rentals. My wife and I were both raised travelling and wanting to explore, and as we think about starting a family we have been talking about how to encourage our own kids to want to experience the world. I think the perspective of "foreign" cultures is incredibly important in understanding one's own culture and its place in the world. Thanks for this great idea.
