I joined when it first opened.  If you are a PhotoShop geek, it is a 
wonderful site.  Lot's of information and advice from the people who write 
all of the books.  There are also forums where you can ask questions of the 
experts which they answer immediately.  There are good actions and 
tutorials available and more information than you'll ever be able to absorb 
on digital photography and printing.  I always make sure I have several 
hours to spend before I start clicking on the site.
