1. The 35mm asph is worth $200 to $300 more if you want the edges to be 
sharp below f2.8.
2. Every Leica 50 for the m-series is a good lens. So it depends on 
what you want to do with them. (Like the older 35's, the collapsable 
summicron is a bit soft at f2 and f2.8).
