Tina , I am just amazed at your commitment I cringe at the
thought of having to carry full slr gear again with the
digital set up I thought I was soo over
that with the switch to the Leica M ..... maybe the new
pablaleica will be wonderful ...and I can skip the knee
surgery ... you even make me guilty about not getting to
the gym .

I heard great things about Ecuador in Peru when I was there
in March . In the early 90s Ecuador was such the rest bit
from the war in Colombia and the
tiresome thievery of Peru in those days I have nothing but
good memories soo envious . Ague dente ( ),san pedro at
least you can sleep on the stuff & so sure you know the
dangers )and de brilliant ron Jamaica ( if only I could
express how good 75¢/ litre rum can be )

I was hoping to pop of to the Andes retrace a bit but it
seems I am off to Guatemala for mid winter get away new
experience as never been out of the capital looking forward
to the Highlands as really only know from the reports of
the massacres from the news reports and national security
arcives .

I meant to mention earlier , your images in the Iranian
were soo well received in the ex peace core lot ....

Chuck
