Subject: [Leica] Any tips for the Hague in January?

I need some help from those of you who live in the Netherlands.  My
daughter will be participating in THIMUN (model UN) at The Hague January
25th the February 3rd.  Any tips on weather, dress, any clubs you would
let your daughter go to, the standard stuff for interested parental
units.
