Subject: RE: [Leica] digital in low light

These images were all shot with the Olympus E-1 DSLR - (which Olympus
gave me ;-) ) - set at 800 iso, using either the 14-54 f 2.8/3.5 zoom
(28-108 35 equiv) or the 50 f 2 macro (100 equiv). They were shot in
hotel rooms at night, lighted only by crappy table lamps and computer
screens. When first opened, some of the images appear to have very very
little shadow detail - but when opened up with Photoshop's new
Shadow/Highlight feature - well, you can see. By the way, the one shot
in which you see light coming in windows was shot in early a.m., and
there initially appeared to be little detail, just highlights.
